I am currently studying my Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and will be moving on to my Masters in Health Science (Osteopathy). What I love about Osteopathy is its holistic approach and how the entire patient is considered, not only their physical injury, but the emotional and social aspect of the patient as well. I love learning about anatomy, physiology and biomechanics and Osteopathy really challenges me in my ongoing education.
I am really interested in physical therapy and rehabilitation through exercise and I hope to incorporate that a lot into practice. After suffering my own injuries, I found Osteopathy to work best for me. That as well as the amazing practitioners that took care of me really inspired me to be an Osteopath.
One thing that drew me to Muna was their diverse and holistic practice and I feel as though Muna will be an important part of my journey in becoming an osteopath. I resonate with the values that Muna and care about them in everyday life as well as at the clinic. The team at Muna is full of brilliant and caring practitioners who I think are going to be great mentors to me too.
In my spare time I like to play soccer, tennis, and basketball as well as swim and do Pilates to stay fit and have fun. I also love getting away and going on trips when I can with friends and family to wind down and reset away from the crazy city life.
