“People need to understand that osteopathy is more than just what happens inside the treatment room, it’s about creating health and wellness through physical, mental and emotional cohesion. This is what integrated and holistic healing is. My vision is to reduce your pain and suffering and bring about your healing through a holistic approach.”
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Physiology), &Bachelor of Health Science / Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT. I specialise in structural osteopathy. I have a keen interest in Women’s health and I am a member of Osteopathy Australia.
I love that each patient is unique, and that each treatment is tailored to the patient and their goals. I always tailor my treatment to the individual needs of the patient which ensures better and accurate treatment not a one-size fits all approach. Treatment may involve a range of techniques like soft tissue, muscle energy techniques and some high velocity, low amplitude techniques. I also practice dry needling and am open to cranial techniques.
There is nothing more satisfying than helping people return to what they love to do and reduce their suffering and pain so they can live amore functional and happier life. Osteopathy helps make this possible. Although it is an alternative medicine, osteopathy is a respected and trusted practice endorsed by medical doctors and scientists worldwide. I feel privileged being part of it and being able to help and heal people.
In my spare time I like to unwind by getting away and going to the beach in summer and in winter going to the snow. I enjoy keeping fit by running, Pilates and boxing. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
