“I enjoy working with people to help them find the underlying cause to their pain, stress and suffering and am not satisfied with treating only the symptoms. That’s so inadequate, as it doesn’t consider the whole person. I believe in treating the whole person—Mind, Body and Emotions in order to bring about a true change and transformation in a person’s life”
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science & Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT and a Certificate IV Massage Therapy from Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. My specialisation is Pilates.
I believe in working one-on-one with my patients so I can understand their goals which enables me to help them make progress in their healing and recovery. I use a variety of styles for treatment such as articulation and functional techniques and soft tissue techniques. I always tailor my treatments to the individual needs of my patients, that way there is no one-size fits all approach.
Every patient is different so there is no one answer for a person. I encourage my patients to have a better understanding of their bodies and conditions. This way they feel more empowered and in control of their health and healing.
In my spare time, I enjoy being in the water, especially going scuba diving. I also love to travel and experience new cultures. I enjoy playing board games and card games too.
