“I enjoy working with people and assisting them to find the underlying cause to their pain, stress and suffering. I am conscious and mindful to not only treat my patients symptoms, but rather help them to discover the underlying cause of their discomfort. Osteopathy spoke to me, with its holistic approach of treating the whole person—Mind, Body and Emotions in order to bring about a true change and transformation in a person’s life”
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science & Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT and a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy from the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. I also have a keen interest in Pilates as a form of rehabilitation.
I believe in working one-on-one with my patients. This allows me to understand their goals, and also allows the patient and I to work as a team in their healing and recovery. I use a variety of styles for treatment such as articulation, functional techniques and soft tissue techniques. I always tailor my treatments to the individual needs of my patients as every patient is unique.
I encourage my patients to have a better understanding of their bodies and conditions. This way they feel more empowered and in control of their health and healing.
In my spare time, I enjoy being in the water, especially going scuba diving. I also love to travel and experience new cultures. I enjoy playing board games and card games too.
