I’m a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor ofHealth Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMITUniversity. My journey into osteopathy started at a young age, watching myyounger sister go through multiple surgeries and continued rehabilitationprocess due to a delayed diagnosis of bilateral hip dysplasia. This experienceopened my eyes to the importance of accurate, timely diagnosis and compassionate care.
Sport has also always played a huge role inmy life. Like many people who grew up active, I’ve had my fair share of injuries, and I know how frustrating itcan be to feel stuck on the sidelines without a clear plan forward. Thatunderstanding has shaped the way I practise with empathy, clinical precision, and a genuine desire to help people feel heard and supported.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes, from juniors in elitedevelopment programs to professionals in the AFL, A-League, UFC, internationalsoccer, and motorsport. I’vealso worked with a number of sporting clubs before spending the last threeyears in private practice. Over this time I’ve developed a particular passion for helping those who feellike they’veseen everyone, tried everything, and are still searching for answers. I lovethe challenge of complex cases and believe that an accurate diagnosis is thefoundation of effective care.
Whether you're managing a chronic issue, recovering from injury, or just want to move and feel better in your day-to-daylife, I’mhere to guide you through the process and support you every step of the way.
