I am a compassion-focused therapist who takes a collaborative and tailored approach to working with clients. My therapeutic practice draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness.
